"Change Your life one memory at a time"

My work is subject to constant supervision.
I work with people on the following problems:

  • trauma after past events
  • Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder
  • anxiety
  • depression
  • Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder
  • difficulties in coping with stressful situations in everyday life (eg. a change of school, job loss, illness in the family)
  • eating disorders (anorexia, bulimia, panic overeating)
  • health problems (also without an identified medical cause)
  • difficulties in social relations
  • low self-esteem
  • addictions
  • and others

Range of services

  • EMDR

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing is a short-term therapy for trauma. It is also effective in treating addictions, broadly defined anxiety disorders (simple phobias, Social Anxiety Disorder, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder), mood disorders, and more. This is a recommended method by the World Health Organization.
EMDR therapy allows you to transform negative memories that cause problems in the present. It introduces a new, more adaptive experience, that affects future functioning.

"Crisis intervention, as a form of psychological therapy, is based on therapeutic contact, focused on the problem causing the crisis, temporally limited, in which confrontation of the person and the crisis occurs and its eventual resolution. Reduction of symptoms and restoration of mental balance prevents further disorganization." (W. Badura - Madej, 1996)
Crisis intervention is a group of multidisciplinary, professional, targeted and coordinated influences, exploiting the resources of the client, their natural social environment and supporting institutions, whose aim is to facilitate recovery by inner balance and feeling of efficacy and solving of the problem / problems / the underlying causes of the crisis experience.

Almost everyone would like to change something in their life. Sometimes a person can make these changes themselves, but sometimes it happens, they do not quite know, how these changes would look, where to start, or they lack the strength or stamina to carry out and maintain this change. Sometimes, though someone really wants to change something, they do not believe in themselves or lack the support of others.
Such a change may be, for example:

    • motivation to take certain actions
    • increasing faith in one`s abilities
    • coping with stress at work
    • establishing a successful relationship with another person
    • doing something someone is afraid of
    • getting rid of negative habits
    • lifestyle changes
    • liking oneself, etc.

I run two-day group workshops for coping with stress.
